I even took it consistently during my pregnancy, and thanks to that, my vitamin D levels were always normal during health check-ups. There are busy days when I can't manage to take it, but on the days I do, I definitely feel my mood improve and my energy levels boost. If you find mixing it with water a hassle, it might be challenging to drink it every day.

I had previously tried this brand's magnesium supplement, which was meant to be taken without water. I initially thought this would be the same, but it turns out you need to mix it with water. I'd recommend this to those who enjoy water-soluble supplements! It's mango-flavored, but personally, I found it a bit bland. To be fair, I'm not generally a fan of mixing things into water to drink!
