There aren't really any major downsides. If I had to nitpick, I prefer individually wrapped pills, whereas these come in a bottle.

The small pill size makes it easy to swallow, and you only need one a day, so it's convenient to take! A friend gifted it to me, and I've been taking it consistently since I heard it's good for immunity, antioxidants, and skin elasticity. While I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, I believe consistent use will yield results, so I plan to keep taking it!
