  Pros

  I had seen this product so many times on Instagram and in ads that I spent a really long time debating whether to buy it or not. Finally, I decided to purchase it along with some other supplements that are supposed to work well together, and I've been taking them for about 3 months! First off, the intake method is super simple and convenient - just 2 pills before bed!

  Cons

  Even though I combined this with a diet and PT, I didn't feel like it was any better than other supplements. If anything, it seemed less effective... Also, the smell is a bit off-putting. It has this bitter scent? Not quite medicinal, but definitely a bitter smell.

  Tip

  While this is a very famous and popular product, I'd suggest buying just a small amount to try first. If it works for you, then you can consider purchasing larger quantities!

  Pros

  It won't make you lose weight magically, but it won't make you gain either. Just take it before bed. Don't expect results without exercise and a proper diet though.

  Cons

  When you open the container, the medicinal smell that wafts up is really off-putting. I find this aspect quite challenging to deal with.

  Pros

  After taking it for about 3 months, I found it's decent for maintenance without following a strict diet. It really helps keep things moving in the bathroom, if you know what I mean!

  Cons

  First off, the medicinal smell is quite unpleasant. What's worse, when you use the bathroom after taking it, the odor is truly... unbearable!
