Pros
I purchased this in March 2023 during a promotion at Olive Young. It contains 1 billion probiotic strains. This seems to be a well-rounded probiotic that most people can comfortably take. It has a berry flavor that I think kids would also enjoy.
Cons
I don't have much to say about this product... The packaging seems a bit odd, with half of the stick not filled.
Tip
If you feel the probiotic count is insufficient, you can supplement with a yogurt drink as well.
