Easy to take since there's no unusual smell. The packaging is attractive. No noticeable effects... Didn't see any significant weight loss results. This is a trustworthy diet supplement. I love that it's high in Garcinia content! The only downside is that it's quite pricey. I make sure to grab it whenever it's on sale.
