I often pick up various items here when buying vitamins. In my opinion, it's better than what other brands offer. It dissolves quickly in water and has a smooth texture, making it easy to swallow and consume. I appreciate that it's made from plant-based protein. Unlike some other proteins that can cause blemishes, I can take this without worry. While the flavor is a bit plain, the green tea version is the tastiest among them. It's less sweet compared to Huttang. The taste is somewhat bland, but I suppose that means it's good for the body! It's delicious when mixed with soy milk or regular milk.
