I bought this on sale through a hot deal and used it for about 6 months. My son had no trouble having a bowel movement once a day. The price keeps going up... I know inflation is happening, but it seems like this product's price is rising frequently and steeply. I give it to my child on an empty stomach in the morning, and they usually go to the bathroom after breakfast. My child didn't like other Culturelle products and I gave them to a friend, but this one has finely ground powder and tastes decent, so they eat it well. I'm feeding it to them with confidence since it's said to be the world's #1 selling probiotic~ It's not exactly cheap, so I buy it when it's on sale. But I've found that high-quality probiotics are expensive for a reason. It's also great mixed into drinks!

The powder is incredibly fine, so you can consume it without water, and it has a delightful nutty flavor. While it's the easiest to consume, I personally can't really tell if it's effective.
