I don't think there's anything particularly bad about it. It's good for light eating. Haha.

It's easy to eat and tastes great! It's a product that can be consumed without burden.

It's kind of like a mango flavor, but a mango-like artificial taste. It had a slightly artificial taste at first, so it didn't suit my palate.

Since it's a powder that you mix with water, it helps me drink more water as well.

If you're taking it as a diet product, I wouldn't recommend it. However, it's one of the most popular diet products these days, and the price is relatively reasonable compared to other diet products. If you have the budget, it might be worth trying.

If you're taking other diet pills or supplements and combining them with diet and exercise, using this product alone for the purpose of dieting is not very effective. I didn't really feel a significant change in body fat reduction or weight loss.

It has a slightly mango-orange? flavor, like an ion drink, and it tastes good. I don't like taking pills very much, so I often buy this product with my own money because it allows me to drink a lot of water. It's like drinking kombucha.
