It was just as good as the original Elena, but with some added benefits. Let me break it down for you: 1. Effectiveness I noticed results within 2-3 days of taking it. Even though my body had gotten used to the original Elena after over a year, as soon as I switched, my digestion improved. I was amazed that my menstrual cycle regulated even without taking inositol (which I had been taking for PCOS)! 2. Elena vs Elena Queen If you're new to this, regular Elena is fine to start with. But if price isn't an issue, go for Elena Queen without a doubt! It's especially great for those with bladder issues or anyone looking for stronger effects. As an upgraded version of Elena, it's bound to be better. Looking at the ingredients, they've added cranberry extract and a few other things to Elena Queen. Despite seeming like minor additions, the difference in effectiveness is noticeable. Cranberry is known to be good for bladder and feminine health issues. Many health-conscious people take it as a separate supplement, but with Elena Queen, you don't need to - it's all in one! I'm usually very picky about supplements, so the fact that I'm raving about Elena Queen means it's truly exceptional!
Cons1. Price It's really expensive... You need to stock up during group buys. It's too much for a college student in their 20s to take regularly. It would be so effective for women in their teens and 20s when hormones fluctuate a lot, but the price creates a high barrier to entry. 2. Lack of individual packaging Like the original Elena, it comes in a single container. While it's good for room temperature storage, I wonder if the bacteria count remains as stated, given that air enters each time you open it. Also, it's inconvenient for travel or overnight stays - individual packaging would have made it more portable.
TipTake it on an empty stomach in the morning! Try to maintain an empty stomach for about 30 minutes after taking it. They say this helps the probiotics settle better. (Modern probiotics are quite robust, so it's not absolutely necessary, but still worth considering!)
