ConsIt tends to clump when applied to the dark circles under the eyes. For best results, apply only to the upper eyelid area.

It smears so much that I have to use an eye primer, powder, and mascara fixer, but there's no clumping at all, just a bit of eyeliner smearing. The cost-effectiveness is good and the effects are decent enough, so I'll be keeping it.
ConsIf you don't control the amount well, it can clump a bit.. Lightly dab it on with the tip, then smooth it out with your fingers, and use the remaining product to apply on the undereye area.
TipIf your eye makeup seems to be smearing, apply an eye primer first, then set it with a translucent powder to keep it looking fresh, and finish with a mascara fixer for even less smearing!
