For me, it's the tea tree mask pack. It's not extremely moisturizing, but it's a lifesaver that quickly lowers my face temperature and calms it down. It's a bit thick for cleansing and may seem a bit irritating, but when I actually use it, it doesn't make my face red or sting. It's a good size to spread evenly on my face. My sensitive, easily reddened skin requires me to use a toner, especially in the summer - putting it in the fridge and then applying it is unbeatable. It does have a slight herbal scent, but it's not unpleasant, just fresh and nice.
Cons
The price is the most disappointing part - they don't seem to have good sales very often. And I think they've done about two renewals so far, but each time it seems to have gotten a bit heavier. I really liked the original fresh version the best. The filling isn't super thick, so you have to flip it over to use it. It would be better if the toner liquid was more generously and thoroughly soaked.
