When dieting, my metabolism slows down a lot, and I don't have much energy. In those cases, I've been eating in the morning or on an empty stomach, or before working out. By maintaining intermittent fasting and eating on an empty stomach while being active, I feel like my body fat is burning much more! I've tried other L-carnitine tartrate products as well, but it was inconvenient to have to mix them with water to drink. This liquid form is convenient and easy to carry with me when I go out.
Cons
The price is a bit disappointing, but other than that, I don't have any other complaints.
