  Pros

  After taking these for about 6 months, I definitely noticed an improvement in my gut health. I've been dealing with chronic indigestion and gastroenteritis, but since I've been consistently taking these, the frequency of my stomach upsets has decreased. Even when I do have an episode, it seems to settle down much quicker. The capsules are small and odorless, making them easy to take in the morning.

  Cons

  Each bottle contains a month's supply, but when you open it, several capsules tend to come out at once, which made me a bit uneasy. While it might not affect the active ingredients, it's somewhat inconvenient from a hygiene perspective.
