(I've experienced side effects like insomnia when exceeding the right dosage for me.) I've seen online that some people take four or more tablets a day, but sensitivity varies from person to person, so I'd recommend starting with a small amount. Since I started taking this product, folliculitis and inflammatory acne have noticeably disappeared. As long as I stick to the right dosage for me, it's truly a skin savior. I came across this when I was considering isotretinoin, and now I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through! There's really nothing to complain about with this product. No downsides at all!
