When my skin is extremely oily and feels like it's turning inside out, I take about two pills.

The pill was a bit large, making it difficult to swallow, but other than that, there were no real downsides!!

If you're not polar, I'd recommend stopping taking it during the winter and resuming when the weather gets warmer.

As an extremely oily skin type with dehydration, my skin would produce more sebum and oil, leading to frequent inflammatory and cystic acne.
After taking pantothenic acid, my face is less shiny in the mornings. The inflammatory acne has also improved significantly.
When it was severe, I took 1 tablet 3 times a day, and when it started getting better, I reduced to 1-2 tablets per day.
