Well, I sleep well and don't have constipation, but my mom has found only two things effective for her constipation: senna tea and this product. It's expensive and the price keeps going up. When you're tired, taking this with vitamin C helps with fatigue recovery. It also aids sleep when you're having trouble dozing off (though it's not effective for severe insomnia-like symptoms). After taking it for about 3 months, you need to take a break for at least 2 weeks.
