ConsSince it's a vitamin pad, I was shocked when a bit of the essence got into my eyes and stung like crazy... Fortunately, there was no adverse reaction on my skin.

Wanting to try something new, I stumbled upon this Dr. Alga product on sale and decided to give it a go. My skin is quite fragile, so vitamin C products (specifically COSRX Pure Vitamin C 23 Serum with its high concentration) tend to irritate it. This makes me extra cautious when buying brightening products. I've heard great things about broccoli for skin brightening, so I was intrigued by the high broccoli content. Plus, it contains vitamin C and hyaluronic acid - everything my skin needs! The pads are incredibly thin and soft, which works well for my sensitive cheeks. However, their thinness means they dry out quickly - I only leave them on for about 7 minutes. Leaving them on longer doesn't seem to increase hydration significantly. I appreciate the built-in tongs for hygienic application. The packaging is beautifully designed - I even kept the box for a couple of days before recycling it! The pad container looks quite luxe with all the English text, almost like a foreign brand. I even double-checked - it's 'Made in Korea'. The transparent case is great for recycling, showing consideration for the environment.
ConsWhile the ingredients seemed perfect for my 40-year-old skin initially, after a few uses, my skin became more sensitive. The dryness intensified, and I thought it was just the weather at first. But it kept getting worse. Although I didn't break out, my skin became irritated and started stinging. Unfortunately, I can't use it anymore.
