If I had to point out one drawback, it's that you can slightly feel the silicone texture.

Using it together with the shampoo from the same line was pretty decent. The fragrance is quite pleasant.

After shampooing, apply a suitable amount to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair, then wrap it in a warm towel for about 5 minutes for better results.

First off, it's quite expensive. And if you don't get the amount right, your hair feels so greasy even after rinsing that you need to shampoo again... It was a bit inconvenient for me.

I bought this after seeing it used at the salon because it looked promising, but I'm not sure if it's worth the price. The fragrance is quite strong. If you apply the right amount, you can definitely feel your hair texture improving.

While it does make hair soft, it seems unavoidable that hair gets oily quickly after use. The ingredients are... quite disappointing. I'll need to rinse very thoroughly when washing it out.

Hair feels instantly softer upon application. Leaves a moisturized and silky finish. The texture is not runny, but rather clumpy like a hair pack, which prevents dripping and makes it easy to use.

The price... the price is always a bit of a letdown. There's nothing else to complain about though.

I've been using this product since my first try, now buying refills. A little goes a long way, covering my entire head and lasting quite a while. It doesn't leave any residue, and even after thoroughly rinsing, my hair feels silky smooth. When I don't use this product and visit the salon, the hairstylist can tell right away, asking, 'You didn't use your treatment today, did you?' While it's not listed on Hwahae, using it together with the navy blue bottle product enhances the results even more.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I love all of Shiseido's professional line products. Highly recommended!
