My main concerns were itching and back skin issues rather than atopic dermatitis itself. This body mist not only alleviated the itching but also quickly reduced the heat sensation on my skin, which was fantastic since my skin tends to itch more when it's warm. The scent is natural, reminiscent of herbs or pine, and it's not overpowering or irritating, making it perfect for frequent use. As I mentioned, I had concerns about the skin on my back changing color and texture. Unlike other products that are difficult to apply to the back, this one has a 360-degree spray that works perfectly even when inverted - truly impressive! The spray power is excellent, allowing for a wide, mist-like application that covers a large area efficiently. The formula is light and watery, which means it can run if sprayed too heavily in one spot. However, it's not sticky or heavy, leaving the skin feeling moisturized and drying quickly.
ConsIt dries so quickly that it's hard to tell if it's being absorbed into the skin. The volume seems quite small. It's currently selling for around 18,000 won on Hwahae, which feels a bit pricey for the amount you get. However, likely due to its good ingredients, I didn't experience any blemishes.
TipIt's best to spray it frequently throughout the day. Keeping it in the refrigerator makes it great for use in the morning, helping to reduce puffiness quickly!

It's a typical reliable product from Round Lab. I've always been a fan of Round Lab's skincare line. From the Dokdo Cream to the Birch line - toner, essence, cream, and sheet masks - I've used them all. Currently, the Birch Cream is part of my regular skincare routine. Round Lab products are generally safe bets. Whatever you choose, you can't really go wrong. For a lightweight option, there's the Pine Cica line (Cica ingredients are known to be slippery, but I didn't notice any slipperiness with this mist). For moderate hydration, the Birch line is great (I always come back to this as my go-to when other experiments fail). The Dokdo line is slightly oilier, perfect for oily skin in winter or dry skin year-round. These are the three main categories of Round Lab products I've used. This Pine Soothing Cica Body Mist, which I received as part of The Hwahae Testers program, was generally quite good. 1. Decent hydration (great for oily skin in summer. I usually dislike the heaviness of body creams or emulsions in summer, but this is perfect). 2. Pleasant scent (it's a woody fragrance that lingers just right without causing nausea or discomfort). 3. Excellent spray (the 360-degree even mist is super convenient for body use. Even inflexible me can easily cover my back). I didn't notice any special blemish care despite the Cica, but it didn't worsen anything either. It's just a typical reliable Round Lab product, and I'm thinking I might repurchase it for summer body hydration once I finish this bottle. +) Additional review after about a month of use: It does help with blemishes! It might even help with dead skin cells removal. My shoulders used to have a chicken skin-like texture, but after lightly spraying 2 pumps per area after showering, they're now super smooth. I'm really pleased with this all-around great product.
ConsWhile I liked it, the following aspects might be hit or miss, so please test before buying. 1. Woody scent : I enjoyed the subtle woody fragrance, but make sure to smell it in-store before purchasing. 2. Stickiness or slipperiness : As expected with Cica products, there's some slipperiness initially and a bit of stickiness after it dries. However, being a body mist, these sensations are less noticeable. It's also lighter than Cica ampoules. Still, if you're new to body products, test it first. It's a great entry-level product, but these aspects can be polarizing. (I'm mentioning this because I used to avoid body emulsions and hand creams due to disliking stickiness and slipperiness when I was younger)
TipWith the recent temperature fluctuations, using this followed by a large Birch moisturizer is perfect for me. It works great when applied right after toweling off post-shower.
