The instructions say to leave it on for 3 minutes, but I found it's fine even after 5 minutes. On days when I'm not in a rush, I leave the shampoo on for over 5 minutes, and for extra care, I keep the treatment on for more than 30 minutes before rinsing it out.

If you apply it with bare hands, it stains your nails. It's a bit of a hassle to wear disposable gloves every time.

I have thin, curly hair and my grays are starting to show. I didn't want to dye it, so I chose this product, and it's fantastic! For curly hair, moisture-rich products work best, and this one provides excellent hydration. After about three uses, I noticed a nice tone-down effect.
