This mask pack contains seaweed extracts, giving it a nice gel-like texture.

Since I was already experiencing a mild allergic reaction from another cosmetic product, I felt a slight tingling sensation on my forehead when I applied this mask.

The essence was so generous, I could liberally pat it in to nourish my skin. The sheet mask felt incredibly soft and pleasant. When the essence met the sheet, it created a plump sensation, almost like snail mucin. I loved that there was hardly any fragrance too.

I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive with redness. I'm particularly vulnerable to oils, heavy oil-based products, strong vitamins, and alcohol. Pores are a concern, but as I age, my skin is naturally producing less oil and gradually improving. My skin tends to break out with sunscreen, so I'm always on the hunt for non-allergenic options. So far, the recently launched blue tube Hera sunscreen seems to suit me best!

I'm the type whose lips react badly to Chanel and YSL lip products - they make my lips peel. Even the Nuxe natural honey lip balm causes a reaction. Bepanthen lip balm works best for me - it's my absolute must-have!

For hair care, I prefer products that leave my hair feeling clean and fresh rather than those with a moisturizing after-feel. I tend to favor hair essences over rinse-off conditioners.

I've been using Innisfree's sheet mask line regularly, and I must say the Black Tea Youth Enhancing Ampoule Mask stands out. The mask sheet itself isn't just thin; it's pleasantly thick, which seems to help it retain the ampoule longer. Compared to other masks that typically dry out after 30 minutes, I was able to keep this one on for a good 40 minutes, still feeling the hydration. The ampoule is generously applied, so there's plenty to spread not just on your face, but also on your neck, elbows, and even heels! I appreciate that it caused minimal irritation to my skin as well.

While the sheet adheres really well and holds the essence nicely, I still felt wasteful about the leftover essence (thinking about its cost per gram). I gathered it up and applied it to my face, then tried hard to boost absorption with a facial device. However, it still resulted in a bit of pilling... The lesson here is to layer products gradually and in moderation, always considering your skin's condition.
