The pills are a bit large, but they don't have any fishy smell. I honestly can't think of any downsides to mention.

I decided to try Omega-3 supplements since pharmacists often recommend them. I chose Solgar's Omega-3 because of its reputation. After taking it regularly, I definitely feel like my immune system has improved. Knowing it's good for blood circulation and anti-aging, I feel like I'm doing something beneficial for my body, which motivates me to keep taking it consistently.

The only downside is that the pills are quite large. I'm a bit worried they might get stuck in my throat!

First off, I love that it comes in a glass bottle. It's less likely to spoil, and even though I store it at room temperature, I feel more at ease. The expiration date is incredibly long too - I've never seen a supplement with such a long shelf life! What's fascinating is that unlike typical omega supplements, this one doesn't have that fishy smell. Plus, the EPA-DHA content is higher than other supplements I've tried, which I really appreciate.
