Convenient to carry and can be taken without water, so I keep it in my bag and take it 30 minutes before going to the gym! 
It comes with 2 small pills and a liquid supplement.
The taste is tolerable. I was worried it might be very sour due to the Vitamin C content, but it's not sour at all and quite easy to take.
Some people reportedly experience insomnia as a side effect, but I didn't have any issues. 
I feel like I sweat more during workouts, but that could be just my imagination.
