This tint applies very thinly yet feels moisturizing and slightly Hwahae. The initial color payoff is stunningly beautiful, and it builds up nicely in coverage, becoming more intense with each layer. Applying it before the Hwahae tint allows the true color of the tint to shine through, which is great. I'd recommend this to those with naturally darker or redder lips!
