- I'm not sure about the good points since I couldn't use it often due to the poor adhesion.

- The adhesion is really poor. Whether I'm sitting or lying down, it doesn't stick properly and keeps sliding down. I have to keep lifting it up with my hands. Even if I use a smaller amount of essence and just apply a small patch, it's the same. I think the patch is too thick, so it doesn't stick well. Pros
