I started using it after a YouTuber recommended it as a must-have product. The formula has a transparent, gel-like texture that gently cleanses the skin without stripping it. It lathers up well and rinses off easily. However, my mother felt it didn't quite agree with her skin, so she ended up using a different product.
ConsThe scent is not particularly pleasant, as it is not the typical tea tree aroma, so there may be some who like it and others who don't. The scent is much milder than tea tree oil. The lid doesn't seem to close properly. But upon further inspection, it does close. It should click shut, but instead, it requires more force to close it with a thud. When my skin barrier was compromised, using this product twice in a row caused irritation. So lately, I've been using a different product. It's best to avoid using this when your skin is sensitive.
