  Pros

  Hair type: Chemically straightened (previously wavy), thick hair Feature 1. Hard-hold fixative : While it's not completely rigid... it does set the hair with a bit of firmness Feature 2. Clumps when brushed after application : Due to its hard-hold nature, style your hair completely before applying. Once sprayed, avoid touching or brushing - it'll clump and get sticky immediately! The only real advantage seems to be its mid-range price point, even without sales at Olive Young ❤️ Would I repurchase: No - Even finishing this bottle is a struggle...

  ⭐️ Scent : Wow... the pungent chemical smell is overwhelming. I have to hold my breath every time I use it ⭐️ Hold : Bangs that would normally fly in the wind just split apart with this fixative. It's supposed to be a hair spray, but why can't it do its job? ⭐️ Clumping : Even without brushing, it starts to clump and get sticky after about an hour. No matter how well you've done your makeup or outfit, messy hair makes you look disheveled Once sprayed, brushing only makes it worse... there's no salvaging it ⭐️ Curl collapse : As time passes, it clumps and the curls fall, but in a weird way that sticks to your forehead - it's maddening! Rather than being able to fix it with a quick brush, you end up looking completely unkempt... it's truly frustrating

  The photo shows the state of my hair about an hour and a half after application I sprayed it on freshly washed, fluffy bangs - what on earth happened to make them look like that?
