First off, the fragrance is absolutely delightful. It's a unique, luxurious scent that's not commonly found. While it doesn't smell exactly like a spa, it evokes a similar sense of comfort and relaxation - as if you've just stepped into a high-end wellness center! After showering, applying this moisturizer quickly hydrates your skin and lifts your mood. The absorbs surprisingly well, spreading smoothly and evenly across the skin. It seems to absorb well too. Personally, I think it would work best for combination dehydrated skin! The bottle itself is elegant, and I love the brownish tint of the product. It looks beautiful as a decorative piece in my bathroom! While I can't find fault with the product itself, I do feel the quantity is a bit small compared to the price. It runs out faster than I expected, which is disappointing! - ji**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 17, 2024
The fragrance is absolutely delightful! Being vegan and with minimal concerns about fragrance ingredients, I'd say the scent is quite impressive given its composition. Unlike Aromatica oils with their intense aromas like geranium or bergamot that can trigger headaches, this one is much gentler. When I wear it out, passing students and acquaintances often compliment me on how good I smell! The ingredients are safe too. Some body oils contain essential oils that act as fragrances, which can be potentially irritating. However, this body oil is free from such components. It also doesn't contain citrus peel oils like orange peel oil, making it safe for photosensitivity concerns! Now for a crucial feature of any body oil - its hydration! The moisturizing power is excellent. Compared to Aromatica or Burt's Bees oils, this has a slightly denser texture. While other oils tend to run, this one has a bit more viscosity. But don't worry, it's not heavy at all. I've tried Clarins body oil too, but I prefer this type of slightly viscous texture in a body oil. The glass bottle means it could break, which is a bit worrying. Also, I'm anxious about the product being discontinued since it's not very well-known yet. Those who prefer products with strong aromatherapy or incense-like scents (like Aromatica or Clarins) might not enjoy this as much.
