When shampooing, I make sure to create a good lather and thoroughly cleanse the scalp. I let the lather sit for about a minute before rinsing it off, and my scalp feels incredibly clean afterwards. Before, I would often have skin issues and itchiness, but by making a small change to my routine, the skin problems and itchiness have improved significantly!

At first, it seemed to help with washing well and hair loss, but...

Hair may become slightly stiff, but this can be mitigated by applying the treatment only to the hair, so it is not an issue.

The scalp is sensitive and prone to dryness, and when under stress, the hair also falls out significantly. Among the recommended shampoos for the sensitive scalp, the one that is the least irritating and leaves minimal oil residue on the scalp the next day is the most preferred.
