  The fragrance is lovely, and it seems to make my hair softer. I also appreciate the generous amount of product.

  Pros

  As someone with super sensitive skin, even the slightest mistake in choosing a shampoo can cause dermatitis on my face. This shampoo, however, is definitely gentle enough that it's working well for me. I'll need to use it a bit longer to be sure, but so far I haven't found any particular downsides.

  Cons

  Perhaps because it's a gentle product, the fragrance is quite subtle. The scent doesn't linger for very long either.

  I'm currently on my second bottle of this shampoo. While I can't say for certain that it's reducing hair loss, I've noticed my roots have more volume since I started using the Byo shampoo. It's gentle, lathers nicely during cleansing, and leaves my hair feeling moisturized even without using a separate conditioner. The large size also makes it great value for money.

  As someone who prefers long-lasting fragrances, I find it disappointing that while the scent is pleasant, it doesn't linger for very long.
