This sunscreen is perfect for dry skin types. Even when applied over a lightweight moisturizer, it doesn't leave your skin feeling parched. It's a reliable choice for sun protection that won't irritate your eyes. Plus, it doesn't leave any white cast. Be cautious when layering! If you apply a heavy cream underneath or follow up with a high-coverage foundation or cushion compact, it tends to pill. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinMay 19, 2025
I started using it since winter as it became dry, and I was glad that there was no dry feeling when using sunscreen. After applying it, the remaining oily residue on my hands is not easily washed off, which is a bit inconvenient. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAug 11, 2024
As someone with combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes and dryness when using sunscreen, I was hesitant. However, I decided to try Physiogel, thinking it would have gentle ingredients. I'm pleased to report that it doesn't cause breakouts or dryness. While it feels slightly sticky, it's become my go-to product for now. I've learned it's a hybrid sunscreen, not purely mineral-based. There's a bit of stickiness to it. If they could improve this aspect, it would be truly excellent. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 6, 2024
No irritation at all! Great for hydration. It's moisturizing, but I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin types. It's extremely greasy. Sebum explosion.. Not recommended for oily, combination dehydrated skin, or super sensitive skin! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 28, 2024
As someone with super sensitive, dry skin, I've got several sunscreens at home, but this one's a winner. No stinging around the eyes, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight (I've even worn it in windy conditions in late April). If you apply it thinly, you might not even realize it's a mineral sunscreen. When I layer it on lightly multiple times, there is some white cast, but for a mineral sunscreen, it's quite acceptable. I'm very satisfied overall. The only downside is that I wish they'd have sales more often. Also, it does transfer onto clothes, leaving white marks! If you feel the white cast is too intense, you can wipe it off with a wet wipe and reapply. Surprisingly, even though it's a mineral sunscreen, I find it removes quite easily. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 22, 2023
I've been using Lancôme, Dalba Waterful, and Dalba Tone-up Suncream as my base products. However, every time I applied them, my eyes would sting. I initially thought it was just due to dryness, but then I decided to switch up my sunscreen. Since Physiogel MD Cream has been working so well for me, I decided to try their Relief sunscreen too. There's nothing I dislike about it. It applies smoothly without irritating my sensitive skin. Even when I reapply, it absorbs quickly and any white cast feels more like a brightening effect. After using Physiogel MD Cream and then applying this sunscreen, I feel like my complexion is evened out and moisturized. It's so gentle that I'm 200% satisfied! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 18, 2023
As I entered my 50s, regular sunscreens started causing allergic reactions, so I switched to mineral sunscreens only. I've experienced many inconveniences like white cast and dryness, but Physiogel's mineral sunscreen has fewer drawbacks typical of mineral sunscreens. It absorbs well, minimizes white cast, and is gentle on the skin. I'm really pleased with it! Compared to chemical sunscreens, it does have a bit of white cast and can be slightly drying.
