The only good thing I can say is that it felt cool on the skin. As for using it on the body, it seems to be effective in reducing heat sensation.
ConsUnfortunately, it left my skin feeling dry and caused a tingling sensation. It also led to some skin irritation, making it unsuitable for facial use. That's quite disappointing.
TipDespite claims of being gentle, it didn't agree with my super sensitive skin. I experienced dryness, redness, and a burning sensation every time I applied it.

Even when applied thickly, it all sinks in after a short while.
ConsI'm not sure if this is normal, but it stings a bit when I apply it. I wonder if it's because I've been out in the cold wind.

It provides a great calming and cooling effect. With aloe vera juice as an ingredient, you can trust and use it with confidence.
ConsIt stings when applied to areas with blemishes, which is disappointing.
TipStoring it in the refrigerator makes it even better. These days, I'm applying it more diligently every day after working out to take care of my pores.

It also does a fantastic job of tightening pores. When I apply it generously before bed, I wake up to noticeably improved skin! I love that it contains several well-known ingredients. The absorption is incredible, and you can actually see your skin improving with this product.
ConsIt can occasionally cause a slight tingling sensation...! I think it's important to carefully check the ingredients list.

When I don't apply anything, the itching is unbearable, and other moisturizers make it itch even more when applied. Aloe gel seemed to be the better option. It appears to have some effect on temporarily relieving itching, though I'm not entirely sure. For now, as a temporary solution, I've portioned it out and keep it in the fridge, applying it about once an hour. It has a nice hydrating feel, and since it contains aloe vera leaf juice, it definitely has better moisturizing power. Previously, I was put off by the ethanol content, but I decided to purchase this newly reformulated product as it no longer contains ethanol and seems to have many ingredients beneficial for hydration.
ConsIt has a scent reminiscent of diluted red medicine. I don't find it particularly fragrant. Currently, my face is in a very inflamed and damaged state, and when I apply this, I feel a stinging sensation after about 15 seconds. It lasts for about 2-3 minutes. This isn't necessarily just an issue with this product, but in my personal experience, aloe gels with high aloe vera leaf juice content tend to do this. I tried three different products containing aloe vera leaf juice as an experiment, and they all gave the same reaction. Products with aloe vera leaf juice seem to provide better hydration and moisture compared to those with aloe powder or extract, but they also feel more irritating. Also, it pills quite badly. I plan to use it on my body from now on. I think people with healthy skin or those who aren't particularly sensitive to aloe ingredients should be able to use it without any issues.
TipIf you need to use an aloe gel but find products with aloe vera leaf juice don't suit you, try looking for products containing aloe vera extract or aloe powder. They might be less effective, but they also seem to be less irritating. If you find the pilling too severe, try mixing in a drop of light oil when applying. It seems to reduce the pilling. Even though my skin is currently inflamed, I originally have very oily skin, and I found tea tree oil to be less greasy and clean-feeling. Jojoba oil was greasier than expected when I tried it before, but borage seed oil was surprisingly good. Mixing with tea tree oil in spring and summer, and borage seed oil in fall and winter worked well for me. However, tea tree oil is particularly potent, so I used more aloe gel when mixing it compared to other oils. Of course, using aloe gel alone was the best option. Keeping it refrigerated and applying it with a flat spatula or silicone brush like a modeling mask worked well. The cooling sensation disappears quickly when applied with hands.
