The formula is not watery. It has a texture that is between a gel and a watery ampoule. :) It's not lightweight, but the oil doesn't come up, so it was fine. The application is good. It glides on without feeling slippery or greasy. It looks very viscous, but when you rub it, the viscosity disappears. :) It's not sticky or heavy, so it's not burdensome for oily skin! So it seems good to use in the summer when pore care is essential (in the summer, I applied it a little thinner than usual!).
