Even though my hair is extremely long, it only took two pumps to get a good lather and effective cleansing. I also definitely felt a cooling sensation on my scalp, which made my hair feel less weighed down and more refreshed. The complimentary treatment also seemed to absorb better, perhaps because it was more watery.
