The Giverny Foundation shades tend to be a bit on the darker side, so you can purchase a shade one tone lighter and still use it quite naturally. I've previously used the #17 shade, and I believe the #21 shade would work well for those with a brighter complexion, providing a luminous effect.

The product is really good - it leaves the skin soft and smooth, and it expresses the beauty better than expected, so I recommended it to my friend. If your skin is not severely troubled, it should cover it nicely, and the lasting power is also good. The level of breakdown is quite pretty.
My friend also tried various foundations and settled on this one. If you are not extremely dry-skinned, I definitely recommend this.

The coverage is not great for a foundation, and it's not very moisturizing and is matte, which is disappointing for dry-skinned people to use in the winter. It would be better if it was a bit more moisturizing.

The adhesion seems to be really good. But in terms of skin texture, it has a matte feel in the winter, so it's better to use a strong base and apply it or mix it with another moisturizing product. I used it mixed with other products, so it was fine for me to use.

My skin type is oily, where it gets extremely oily in the summer and turns into a combination skin in the winter. Since the weather is currently cold and dry, even as an oily-skinned person, I prefer to use a semi-matte product rather than a matte cushion. Recently, I wanted to try a foundation and heard that the Giverny one is really good, so I bought it.
My skin tone is 21 in the cool yellow undertone. This is a cool beige, so the tone matches, but it may appear slightly lighter due to the pink undertone. However, the difference from shade 17 didn't seem too significant.

Let me quickly share the pros:
1️⃣ It's not too glowy or matte, so it's great as a winter foundation for oily skin. It should be a perfect match for combination skin as well.
2️⃣ It breaks down beautifully. While it doesn't do so outdoors, a bit of oil comes through indoors, but it doesn't get patchy and instead breaks down nicely, which I really liked.
3️⃣ The color is so pretty. Among the other products I've tried, some were too yellow or dark for cool-toned skin, but this has a beautiful ivory tone that brightens the face.
4️⃣ No darkening.

Applying the spatula in thin, multiple layers provides excellent coverage while applying the product thinly, which is absolutely wonderful.

I had a slight issue with clogging around my nose. As I have oily skin, the area around my nose definitely tends to break down quickly.

My sensitive skin had no blemishes at all, and the color was so beautiful!

I wanted a semi-matte skin expression, but I'm not sure if it's because I tend to build a solid foundation, but it doesn't seem to be semi-matte at all... It ended up being more glowy than expected, so if you have an oily skin type, powder application is essential! So next time I'll try a matte foundation.

The breakdown is not as pretty as Neo, it seems to fade a bit fuzzy... As someone who never does touch-up makeup, this is an inconvenient aspect. But I tried touch-up makeup with this foundation, and it worked well to just erase the partial areas. So if you're someone who does touch-up makeup, it might be a good option to have a shared bottle.

I really like bright skin expression, so I agonized a lot between 21c and 17 porcelain... There are reviews saying it came out bright and reviews saying it came out dark, so after agonizing and agonizing, I chose this product because 21 seems to have more pink undertones!

I used to use the Neo Cushion 17, and to cut to the chase, the color of Neo 17 and this is very similar! Neo seems to have a more reddish undertone, but Giverny 21 seems a bit brighter, and it's not too red, so it looks more natural.

The price-to-volume ratio is also very reasonable, and I used to always apply a primer before makeup, but I forgot to apply the primer this time, and the makeup still turned out great!

If you're looking for a slightly brighter base than 21 and like pink undertones, I'd recommend the 21c color. As someone who really dislikes dark skin, I can confidently recommend this.

I recommend the bright 21 shade. It's brighter than the typical 21 shade. 
It feels brighter than the 21 Hwahae Light Beige, so it's more like a 20 shade.

The longevity is poor, and even though my skin is dry, it makes my face shine like an oil slick. There is also darkening over time.

The color is vibrant and moisturizing when applied. The combination with the spatula is also not bad.
