  I'm somewhere around 13-17... This is the brightest color among the ones available in the market, so I thought this would be my color~. My skin is that bright! So when I bought the famous eye corner liner, they were all too dark and dull...this color is for those people! As an Olive Young sales associate, I've never seen a color as bright and perfect for cool-toned people as this one.
