Being a true water-based toner, it's better to use with a cotton pad rather than applying directly with hands. I love that it doesn't have a strong scent. The packaging is totally my style too! After use, there's no sticky feeling, and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated - really pleasant to use! Since it's a water-based toner, you tend to use it generously, so the volume feels a bit lacking. You need to be careful when dispensing it into your hands as it can run off easily. Pro tip: Soak some cotton pads with the toner, store them in a container in the fridge, and you've got a cool, refreshing skin care treat!
