When my skin gets dry and dead skin cells start to appear, I soak a cotton pad with this toner and leave it on for about 10 minutes as a face mask. By the next day, the flakiness subsides. As someone with combination skin that often experiences flaking around the cheeks and eyes, I found this product to be fantastic. I initially bought the smaller size, but the results were so good that I upgraded to the larger one. It's gentle on the skin too. The only inconvenience is that it doesn't come with pads. Personally, I think using it with pads would make application a bit easier. This toner works hard to even out skin tone and provide hydration.
