I've been using it for about 2 weeks. These days, with the changing seasons, my facial skin was a mess, but the moisturizing power was good. I liked that it was fragrance-free. Slightly acidic/fragrance-free/low irritation/no synthetic preservatives/natural-derived ingredients used I think it's a toner with a lot of advantages. It's a toner with a milky white color, and the texture is a bit viscous like a serum. After showering, just wiping it on a cotton pad and gently patting it in, my skin felt less dry during the drying process. So I thought it would also be good to use as a toner pack.

This is a review for a 30s dry skin. The formula is a toner with a viscosity higher than water, but not sticky. As I often feel very dry, I layered water toners 3 times, but the Hwahae toner only needs 2 layers to sufficiently hydrate. Also, since it's not too sticky, it absorbs well without making the makeup slip, and creates a nice base for makeup.
