I used it today to try to remove some dead skin, and it seems to be mildly alkaline, with a really nice lather. It feels less irritating than other mildly alkaline cleansing foams. It seems to have cleaned my skin quite thoroughly.
ConsJust used it, so I'm not sure, but it doesn't seem like there are any downsides. It also doesn't seem like it will cause any trouble the next day.

I was using a slightly acidic cleanser, but my skin got really bad, so I switched to a slightly alkaline one and it seems like I'm getting fewer troubles now.
ConsThere was nothing in particular. Other people seemed to say that it irritates the skin, but since my skin is not particularly sensitive, I was able to use it twice a day without any problems.
