  Pros

  I was in a situation where I urgently needed to lose weight and reduce bloating quickly, so I drank only this for two days on an empty stomach! It has a rich orange juice flavor, and I had no problem consuming it. I divided it into four portions and drank it slowly, so as long as I could control my appetite a bit, I didn't feel hungry or struggle at all. After finishing the two-day cleanse, I definitely felt lighter, and the reduction in facial puffiness was noticeable. Since it contains all the essential nutrients, I wasn't worried about only consuming this for two days. I'm very satisfied!

  Cons

  When you first drink it, there's a slightly bitter taste. Some people might not like this flavor. It's definitely orange juice-flavored, but there's an unpleasant aftertaste. I enjoyed it at first, but it became harder to drink as time went on. Also, it was inconvenient to divide the portions accurately, so I just drank as much as I wanted.

  Consuming only this for an extended period could be too much for your body, so I recommend using it just for emergency schedules when you need to reduce bloating or for quick weight loss and gain situations!

  Pros

  It felt like I was drinking orange juice, but with various nutrients included. It seemed to provide just enough energy to keep me going during fasting periods without any issues.

  I was a bit disappointed that it contained more sugar than I expected. I suppose there must be a reason for that, right?
