Since it's a cooling spray, I've found it helps me refocus when I'm losing concentration while studying. It's like a little wake-up call for my brain!

The scent is quite... well, it smells like old-school men's aftershave. It's better than a smelly scalp, but if you're not a fan of that classic masculine fragrance, you might want to keep that in mind.
