  The papain enzyme modeling mask is said to be effective for dead skin cell removal and sebum control, though these effects may not be immediately visible. However, it's excellent for soothing the skin! It's particularly great for hydrating the skin when your face gets flushed during hot summers or when dryness is severe in winter. The best ratio is 1 part powder to 0.8 parts water. For maximum effectiveness, apply the mask after completing your basic skincare routine and applying a hydrating serum or ampoule. This helps lock in moisture. Instead of spreading it thinly, apply a slightly thicker layer for easier removal.

  Cons

  First-time users of modeling masks might find it a bit challenging, but it becomes easier to apply with practice!

  Applying the mask after completing your basic skincare steps and using a hydrating product enhances the moisturizing effect. For easier removal, either apply over a gauze or use a thicker layer. If any residue remains after peeling off, use a sponge to wipe it away for better results.

  It absorbs well, feels moisturizing, and seems to calm my skin for a bit after application.

  There's quite a bit of excess powder that can get messy, so you need to be careful with the water ratio.
