I want to preface this by saying it didn't work for me personally. Taste: 5/5 If you enjoy Toreta, Tomatoma (ice cream), or grape candy, you'll give this 5 points! It's sweet and tangy, great mixed with water or eaten as a powder and slowly dissolved with water (tastes like Toreta when mixed). The particles seem coated, so there's less coughing when poured directly into your mouth. The authentic fruit flavor makes it delicious without any chalkiness. Particle size: Medium (• < ▪︎ < ○) If we consider the leftmost dot as Lemona, this would be in the middle. You can see the granules when spilled on a surface. While not noticeably large, it's on the bigger side for a powder drink mix. However, the less fine particles actually prevent it from becoming airborne easily, which is a plus. It dissolves well in water too! Effectiveness: 2.5-3/5 Honestly, I don't put much faith in functional foods claiming to improve skin texture or complexion, so I just took this as a vitamin supplement. I didn't expect dramatic changes in the few days I used it, but I did feel like my complexion might have improved slightly. I seemed less exhausted-looking after work too. These are very subtle differences and may vary from person to person, but I think you'd need to use it for a full month to see any real effects.
ConsCauses itching Starting from the day after I began taking it, I experienced slight itching in my arm joints and thighs. Since glutathione was the only new thing I introduced, it seems to be the cause. For the first few days, I wasn't sure, so I took one packet daily for 5 days. When the itching spread to my feet (without causing hives or acne), I took a day off, then had one packet on day 7 and another today (day 9). After writing this review, I plan to stop for about 3 days. If the itching subsides, I'll be sure it was due to the glutathione and will share some packets with people around me. I think it's more about individual incompatibility rather than an issue with the product itself. If you've never tried it before, it might be best to start with a sample size. Since I'm nearing my period and not feeling my best, I'll take a break and try taking it again in smaller amounts later.
TipNot recommended if you're not interested in this type of functional food. However, if you're curious but don't want something that feels too medicinal, I'd recommend giving this a try for a light introduction!
