I snagged this for under $10 on social media, and it's pretty decent at tackling deep dryness when absorbed before makeup. For those with super sensitive skin or dry skin, it finishes quite refreshingly. I'd recommend it more for hydration rather than as an exfoliating toner. It's really a no-frills, solid quality skin toner. I've almost used up the whole bottle without any blemishes popping up! Since it's not an ampoule or serum to begin with, it's hard to feel deep hydration from the toner alone. Personally, when I apply just one layer, I feel a slight deep dryness, so I absorb two layers and finish with an ampoule and cream on top. For those with oily skin, you might be fine with just this toner and a light emulsion or cream dabbed on.
