Adhesion: The adhesion is top-notch when using the Truffle Patch! When first applying it, just make sure to remove excess oil and moisture, and then even using products with a lot of oil in the next step doesn't cause it to peel off or become loose. I just left it on from the morning until I got home from work, and it stayed well-adhered even on an area with a lot of movement. Soothing: I applied it to a reddened pimple, and by my skin's standards, it calmed down to the point of being barely noticeable in about two days. The overall ingredients are really good, and the soothing effect was satisfactory.
