I bought this Daiso product with zero expectations, but wow, it's seriously amazing! The centella extract content is comparable to products sold at Olive Young, making it a total bang for your buck. The affordable price makes it perfect for toner masking. The scent has this refreshing 'whoosh' when you open it - if you're into that kind of fragrance, you'll absolutely love it (I know I do!). I only use this as an exfoliating toner. Since it has a watery consistency that runs easily, my skin feels tight after absorption. That's why I'm thinking, for future product releases, maybe they could create something that works as both an exfoliating toner and an essence? Just a thought! You might want to try buying the DIY toner pads sold at Daiso, soaking them generously with this toner, and using them as a toner mask. I think that would work great! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 23, 2024
An incredibly cost-effective toner. I loved that it caused minimal irritation and didn't trigger any blemishes. It absorbs well, and best of all, it comes in a generous quantity with no fragrance. If you're looking for a non-sticky, gentle toner that offers great value for money, this is definitely an item I'd recommend. The only slight downside is that it's quite watery, so you need to use it with a cotton pad. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 19, 2024
I love the cica scent. I used it on my wounds. The best part is how affordable it is! When I apply it, my skin stings and I get slight hives and redness. I have thick skin and regularly get various skin boosters, so my skin is generally quite resilient. This is the first cosmetic product that has caused such an immediate allergic reaction with hives and stinging sensation. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinOct 3, 2023
I'm currently using this product, and I discovered the Botanical Garden Centella Toner when I was looking for something to help with the small blemishes that frequently appear on my skin. It's definitely effective in calming down any breakouts quickly when applied. I also love the subtle, herbal scent of centella. I'm still using it regularly. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I feel like this toner really helps to hydrate my skin. I've been using it for about a month now. If you have extremely dry skin, you might find that it doesn't provide enough hydration. So, I wouldn't recommend it for those with very dry skin types. While I personally enjoyed the scent, it might be a hit or miss for some people. I've been using the Botanical Garden Centella Toner in a pump bottle, which dispenses it as a foam. This method allows me to pump it directly onto my face, reducing product waste and making it less likely to drip.
