  Pros

  My husband is actually the one using this, not me. The fragrance isn't overpowering, but rather subtle - perhaps a musk scent? It's generally inoffensive and unlikely to be polarizing. While I have a resilient scalp and can use various products, my husband suffers from seborrheic dermatitis that has spread to his scalp, causing significant blemishes that feel bumpy and appear red when touched. After about a month of use, we're seeing gradual improvement. We've tried numerous products, but this one seems to be the most effective so far. Initially, he complained about the price, but now that he's noticing the blemishes slowly fading, he uses it without any fuss. The gentle ingredients make it suitable for our children to use as well. The unique color is so attractive that it catches my eye every time I'm in the bathroom. Apparently, the empty container can be repurposed as a diffuser. Above all, knowing that we're supporting a company doing good work gives me a sense of satisfaction, as if I'm contributing to something positive just by making a purchase.

  Cons

  Compared to supermarket shampoos, it's quite pricey. Also, the wood-like plastic covering the main plastic body doesn't separate easily, so you need to periodically turn it upside down to drain water that gets trapped between the layers. When it's in the bathroom, water splashes can seep into the gaps. I have to drain it after every wash. Apart from that, the design is so appealing that I end up buying the 1000ml instead of the 500ml. It would be nice if they had a conditioner too... that's my only other minor gripe.

  Tip

  There aren't really any special tips for using shampoo, are there? It lathers well, so you don't need to use a lot. Use it sparingly.
