Pros

1. The price is really affordable. Sometimes you can snag it for under $10 on Coupang when it's on sale. 2. The cooling effect is fantastic.

Cons

1. After applying and massaging it into the scalp or combing through with your fingers, it leaves your palms feeling a bit sticky. The scalp doesn't feel sticky, but it's not exactly a pleasant sensation... sigh. 2. It seems to actually increase scalp itchiness. This is the only product I've recently changed or added to my routine, and since I've developed scalp itchiness, I won't be repurchasing. I think it's due to the reason I mentioned in point 1. 3. It's not a deal-breaker, but the scent is a mild, minty fragrance reminiscent of medicinal balm. It doesn't linger long on the scalp, which is fine, but I didn't particularly enjoy the scent. 4. I won't be repurchasing.
