Pros
Compared to using other shampoos, my scalp itchiness has significantly decreased, which I really like. I've tried salon shampoos too, but so far this one seems to be the best.

I bought this based on the recommendation from Dexter Pie, and it doesn't have that menthol-like feeling. It's refreshing, and there's less tangling when I dry my hair with a towel! For my fine, oily scalp, it seems like the oil doesn't build up as much. The scent is also nice and subtle, kind of like lavender.
Cons
Be careful, as the menthol-like ingredients can cause a stinging sensation if it gets in your eyes!
Tip
It seems better not to use a separate conditioner, as that makes it less oily.

The scent is nice and the cleansing power is good. However, it doesn't seem to suit me, and I don't see any other benefits.
Cons
I used this and got itchy scalp and acne on my scalp. It doesn't seem to suit me. And it has a minty, burning sensation, and my eyes sting every time I wash my hair. For reference, I have an oily scalp and a sensitive scalp!

I received the shampoo and tried it for about 2 weeks. By the way, my scalp is not particularly sensitive! 1. Color & Texture: Although it may not be visible in the photo, when I pumped it into my palm, it had a thin gel-like consistency, and the color was similar to Pocari Sweat! 2. Lather: When I massaged the shampoo into my hair, it produced a rich, abundant lather, and it was able to cover my entire scalp well. 3. Fragrance: At first, the fragrance felt refreshing, but as I created more lather in my hair, the scent shifted to a mentholated one...! 4.
