I use it as a body wash, and when I want to exfoliate, I mix a pea-sized amount with my foam cleanser. Gently massaging it on my face leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth and refreshed.

Rather than saying it's disappointing, I think it might be perceived as irritating for those with super sensitive skin, so using it once every 4-5 days should be fine!
